Help us reach our new goal of $50,000 towards the H3 Project in partnership with Downtown DC BID.

Beginning in 2024, our Chapter’s Board of Directors piloted this innovative partnership with a small group of firms committed to addressing the issue of DC homelessness.  Akridge, The Bernstein Companies, National Real Estate Development, and Wilkes Artis established a joint fund that successfully helped a small, select group of individuals transition into stable housing and employment.

Now we are asking for you to join us as we address this persistent issue in our community. Through donations from the pilot program member firms, a generous $15,000 match from Downtown DC BID, and our chapter’s annual charitable contributions, as of July 2025, we have raised $37,000 towards the H3 Project. Funds go directly toward vital resources, including housing assistance, case management, and supportive services that help break the cycle of homelessness.
